Studies of Interest
Let me guess, it's Wednesday night and you're just starting your college term paper that is due on Friday.  Been there, done that, and I honestly feel for you.    Here are some scholarly-type papers for you to look at.   You should be able to get them at your University library.  Most of the journals will not let you get the article online for free.  Was that the sound of your forehead hitting the computer screen?  This list is just something to get you started - there are other papers out there I haven't included. Tips: to find more papers quickly try online searches of the journals that I've listed (The Roeper Review, for example, is a journal on gifted education), and look at the references of the papers you find that are most pertinent to your topic.

Creative/Gifted

Ackerman, C., "Identifying Gifted Adolescents using Personality Characteristics: Dabrowski's Overexcitabilities" June 1997, Roeper Review, Vol 19, No.4. (This paper has a nice chart comparing overexcitabilities of gifted to average children).
