1.56 Mile Loop Hike Along Hope Lake

Rated easy: Level terrain, but the ground is uneven, especially around Hope Lake.

0.25 Trail turns left immediately after foot bridge. Follow the white, not the orange, marking.
0.41 Turn right up the powerline road.  Continue following WHITE markings along the old road.
0.66 Veer right onto Rec Path, blazed YELLOW.  Leave the old road.
0.94 Turn right onto Dominick Trail, blazed ORANGE.  Follow trail to the Hope Lake dam and along the shore of Hope Lake.
1.29 Trail turns left to rejoin the earlier route, crosses foot bridge and joins Oak Valley Trail.  Follow WHITE blazes along the shore to the parking area.
1.56 Trailhead parking.
