Bike Route
Nell's Rock Trailhead to Huntington Center
About 2.3 miles one way
Mostly easy mountain biking

Start at the trailhead for Nell's Rock Trail, located on Nell's Rock Road near L'Hermitage Condominiums and Oak Valley Road.  There is a large parking area at the trailhead directly across the street from Chordas Pond.

Distance (approx. miles) Description
0.0 Trailhead parking lot - Nell's Rock Trail.

From the parking lot, go straight down the old woods road on Nell's Rock Trail, blazed white (do not turn onto the left leg of Nell's Rock Trail, which is a loop).  You are going to go straight down this old road until you hit the really big powerlines.

0.2 Intersection of Dominick Trail (orange), and beginning of Rec Path South (blazed yellow).  Just keep going straight down the old road, which is now called Rec Path South rather than Nell's Rock Trail.
0.5 Turn left along the powerlines.  Rough trail here - you make want to walk.
0.6 Turn right off of the powerlines.
0.9 Turn right onto short Rec Path access trail and go left onto Crab Apple Circle, visible from trail.
0.9 Turn left onto Scotch Pine Lane.
1.0 Turn right onto Wesley Drive and go down the steep hill all the way to the stop sign at Sycamore.
1.3 Turn right onto Sycamore Drive and follow all the way to the end. Follow unmarked Rec Path access trail to the right until you see yellow blazes of the Rec Path.
1.7 Rejoin Rec Path. Then follow yellow blazes to the left. Enter meadow, staying to the left edge of the meadow.
2.1 Lane Street. Turn left and follow to Huntington Center.
